With over 30 years of experience, JC Moulding specialises in production runs with no MOQ. Our unique low-cost tooling system allows us to produce high-quality parts without the high upfront costs of traditional moulding techniques.
What We Do
We mould a wide range of plastics including PP, PVC, PA6, PA66, ABS, PU, and various TPEs ideal for rubber-like components. Our machines, with clamping forces from 25 to 250 tonnes, can produce parts up to 600g in weight.
