Who we are
JC Moulding is an injection moulding business with over 30 years of experience, specialising in production runs with no MOQ.
Our unique approach and low-cost tooling system removes the traditional barrier of expensive tooling, making injection moulding accessible and affordable. Designed to reduce large capital investments and eliminate long-term quantity commitments, our flexible, cost-efficient production approach allows customers to scale easily from prototype to full production. All our mould tools are 100% manufactured in our on-site CNC toolmaking facility, where we design, build, maintain, and repair every tool to ensure precision and quality.
Combined with our rapid prototyping services, this in-house capability enables exceptionally fast lead times and consistent results. JC Moulding continually invests in new machinery and technology to stay ahead of the market, ensuring our mould production system delivers true competitive advantage.
Our Story
JC Moulding, as it is known today, was established in 2015 following the retirement of the original founder. At that pivotal moment, the company’s largest customer, Peter Jones, acquired a majority share and helped guide the business into its next chapter of growth.
However, our roots stretch back much further.
The original company began trading in 1991, born from a simple idea, a single milling machine set up in the founder’s garage, who borrowed the use of an injection moulding machine during the evenings. From those modest beginnings, the business quickly outgrew its home workshop and moved into its first small commercial unit.
As demand increased, so did the need for space. The company relocated several times over the years, each time expanding its footprint, capabilities, and customer base, until eventually settling into its current location in 2001. Many of our long-serving employees joined during those early years, some as far back as the early 1990s, bringing a wealth of experience that continues to shape the business today.
Expansion and Evolution
The original 7,000 sq ft facility now affectionately known as Factory 1, soon expanded into two units, then three, reflecting continuous growth. The most recent addition was completed in 2021. Our twoacre site offers plenty of room for future development, with further expansion already planned for 2026.

Over the last four years, JC Moulding has experienced rapid growth across every area of the business including sales, staffing, technology, and manufacturing capability. Today, we operate a fleet of modern, energyefficient machines equipped with the latest technological advancements across both the moulding shop and the toolroom.
From a garage-based operation with a single milling machine to today’s advanced manufacturing facility, our journey has been defined by innovation, investment, and the dedication of a skilled and loyal team. JC Moulding continues to grow, adapt, and evolve, building on more than three decades of experience to deliver highquality solutions for our customers.
