This is looked at on a case-by-case basis; in some circumstances, it may be possible to forgo any up-front cost and pay more per part for a set period/number of parts.

JC Moulding retains ownership of any tools made in-house.

We are responsible for any maintenance/repairs up to and including replacing the tool if necessary. Our goal is to deliver seamless production without requiring you to worry about delays or unforeseen costs.

Modifications to tooling can be made and may incur additional costs on a case-by-case basis.

We would never run any tool for another company; irrespective of how similar the parts may be, it would only ever be used to produce parts for your own use.

The ownership of the tool would pass to yourselves. However, the company has been in operation since the 1980s and continues to expand.

JC moulding has a history of long-term partnerships with its customers. Prices would only ever increase due to raw material increases (at cost) or by a maximum of the annual inflation rate.

Yes, we increasingly use recycled plastics. We have long established partnerships with materials reprocessors to ensure that the material is of the best quality possible. Please refer to the page on our website for recycled plastics.
